Like many, growing up an athlete and playing sports in school my whole life it was hard to stop once I got to college. To adjust I began weightlifting on my own and this ended up being one of my passions. With so many things going on in my life with the business, school, and work, this is my way of keeping my head straight. Having an outlet to express my physicality is a big contribution to the idea of my business. Expression is many times smothered in today's society and I believe children have all the reason to do so while their minds still run rampant.
